AffiAB® CD45RA Antibody

SensiStain Anti-CD45R Antibody can be utilized to distinguish between B cell lymphomas and T cell lymphomas, with specific reactivity to follicle center cells, mantle cells, some medullary thymocytes, and 80% of B cell lymphomas. CD45R or MB1 is an isoform of CD45, a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTPase) family and is expressed specifically on the surface of hematopoietic cells.
