All shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure they reach the intended recipient. For institutional customers, packages will be delivered to your organizations designated receiving department unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
If no one is available to sign for a delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again on the next business day. After multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to AffiGEN.
