AffiAB® Flt-1/VEGFR1 Antibody

SensiStain Anti-Flt-1/VEGFR1 Antibody detects for the presence of VEGFR1 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1) or Flt-1, a tyrosine kinase involved in lymphangiogenesis, angiogenesis, and wound healing. VEGFR can be found in endothelial cells, osteoblasts, placental trophoblasts, and renal mesangial cells, but is also a marker used to identify larynx and esophagus carcinomas.
