This product includes 300 ul of 10 x assay buffer, 200 ul of 10 x concatenated DNA (30 ug/ml), 200 ul of 10 x ATP, 200 ul of 0.5 M EDTA, 15 ul of 200 x human topoisomerase II alpha (10 U/µl), 1 ml of enzyme dilution buffer and 500 ul of 5 x gel-loading buffer for 100 assays of human DNA decatenation reactions.
