AffiPURE® LDL/VLDL Purification Kit (Ultracentrifugation Free)

Ultracentrifugation of lipoproteins such as HDL, LDL and VLDL can be tedious and time consuming. The LDL/VLDL Purification Kit provides comparable purity without the need for an ultracentrifuge. Samples are separated into fractions containing LDL plus VLDL and then further purified using standard table-top centrifugation speeds.
